Today marks the birth anniversary of the Peace, Love & Breastmilk Monthly Subscription Box. Year #1 is officially in the books! The idea written on scrap paper in March 2020 is reality and I couldn’t be happier! I am excited to continue bringing breast / chestfeeding necessities to your doorstep without you having to step foot outside of your home!

Over the last year I have had fun curating the items for each month! I will hit the five year milestone (yes, five years!!!) of nursing my daughter in January and I have used a variety of items along the way. I am excited to present them to subscribers each month! You’ll discover that the subscription boxes are packed with tons of useful items — nipple cream, nursing coverups, nursing pads, snacks, and drinks from well-known brands in the lactation industry. Education is imperative so it is only fit that informational books, magnets and posters are included. Bibs and onesies containing breast / chesteeding humor are added to cater to the little nurslings. Additionally, the box would not be complete without cool Maziwa Tribe branded affirmation cards, bibs and water bottles to compliment the product lineup!

The ongoing theme of self-care is evident throughout this blog and can also be found within each subscription box. Look for self-care in the form of handmade soaps, bath bombs and body butters that cater to the nursing parent! Mental wellness and self-care can become a low priority at the beginning stages of the journey. Both are important and the Peace, Love & Breastmilk Monthly Subscription Box serves as a monthly reminder to indulge in self-care!
I know firsthand that breast / chestfeeding can come with challenges. I get it!!!! Thank you for allowing me to help you navigate this important time of your life. Thank you for trusting me to meet your needs. The Peace, Love & Breastmilk Monthly Subscription Box is excellent as a baby shower gift. Check it out for yourself and tell a friend! Here’s to saying ‘yes’ to self-care and mental wellness throughout the breast / chestfeeding journey! Cheers to lactation empowerment, education and support!
Until Next Time,
💙 Salimah
